Build cultural literacy and musical insight through local traditions and teaching styles.
OVERVIEW
Vienna, Salzburg, Budapest, Prague, and Bratislava — five cities across four countries at the heart of Central European heritage. From the Classical brilliance of Mozart to the Romantic spirit of Liszt and the national voice of Dvořák, this journey invites young musicians to walk in the footsteps of legends. Live and learn where the music was born, guided by those who carry its legacy forward.
The program includes rehearsals at conservatories, masterclasses led by professional musicians, festival attendance, curated museum visits, and interactive workshops rooted in methods like Kodály. Students will deepen their appreciation for classical music in its birthplace. With performances and learning experiences in historically significant venues, and opportunities to connect with local musicians, participants will return with renewed musical purpose and cultural understanding.
