Hollywood-based Animation Master, Davy Liu, certainly knows the best answer to this. With his prolific experience of working at Disney Feature Animation, George Lucas’ Industrial Light and Magic, Warner Bros. Feature Animation, and running his own studio, Kendu Films, since 2004, Davy will lead this camp and host a series of workshops to reveal the secrets of making a good animation. 

Students will be given pragmatic guidance by Davy on how to make a short animation, and be inspired to think outside of the box when developing the characters and storylines through daily workshops. He will bring them to visit world-famous destinations such as San Diego Zoo, Santa Monica and Hollywood, where each of these places has its own wonderful legacy. 

Learning knows no bounds. This tour upholds the importance of leadership and team work, from story creation to production and marketing of the animation that each individual is important but it is the collective teamwork that makes the difference. 

Everyone will be immersed with a ‘can-do’ spirit and learn to put faith in their team. They are encouraged to freely present their ideas and yet learn to listen and compromise to reach consensus on the final production. Parents are welcome to join this tour for quality bonding with their children in a creative setting.
