Known as the ‘Helen Keller of Taiwan’ and the ‘Code Girl’, Taichung native Chuang Fu-Hua is a writer, poet, and inspirational speaker who is visually impaired, unable to speak and suffers from quadriplegia, having survived a horrific fire accident at the tender age of 10.

She aspires others to dream on, love one another and take courage in life, and expresses her thoughts using phonetic symbols and Morse code by tapping her head onto two sensor pads. She has written over 200 poems and gives about 50 inspirational talks every year.
